This recipe hardly counts as a recipe, but I love it! I got it off of the Mennonite Girls Can Cook blog. It is so easy! I didn't get a chance to take a picture because we ate it so fast. Mine looked just like the one on the MGCC blog.
Pesto Brie Dip
1 Brie wheel
1 tub of pesto
some cherry tomatoes or sun dried tomatoes
Cut the Brie in half and put it in a 9 x 9 pan. Spread pesto on the top. Put the other half on top and spread pesto on that half. Sprinkle the tomatoes on top. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread.
