Orange Sweet Rolls

These rock. They are better than cinnamon rolls. They aren't hard to make. Just please don't substitute margarine for butter. Since there are so few ingredients you really need the taste of real butter here.

Orange Sweet Rolls
dough:
1 loaf of frozen bread dough, thawed
filling:
1 stick of butter, softened
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
juice of 1 orange
zest of 2 oranges
frosting:
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
zest and juice of 1 orange

Roll out the bread dough into a large rectangle shape, to almost the size of a cookie sheet. Use flour to keep it from sticking. Mix all the filling ingredients together. Spread evenly over the dough. Roll up the long side, then cut 1 inch slices using a serrated knife. Put in a greased large 9 x 13 pan. Cover with saran wrap and let rise until double their size. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Add the orange juice and zest to the powdered sugar and whisk until creamy. Pour over the rolls.
